Copyright and Trademark Policy
Unless otherwise stated, Alert21 website text, original graphics, documentation, brand elements, logo designs, code examples and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Scriza Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
1. Permitted Use
You may view, reference and use public Alert21 documentation for the purpose of evaluating or integrating Alert21, subject to the Terms and any license notice attached to specific code, SDK or downloadable materials. Normal linking to public Alert21 pages is permitted so long as it does not imply false endorsement.
2. Prohibited Use
- Present Alert21 branding, logo or documentation as your own.
- Use the Alert21 name or logo in a manner that falsely suggests partnership, certification, sponsorship or endorsement.
- Alter or reproduce the logo for impersonation, deception or a confusingly similar service.
- Copy substantial website content or documentation for a competing service without written permission.
- Remove copyright, trademark or attribution notices.
- Register confusingly similar domains, social accounts, company names or marks in bad faith.
3. Customer and Third-Party Marks
Customer names, logos and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on Alert21 does not transfer ownership. Alert21 will use customer marks for case studies, marketing or public references only where permission or another lawful basis exists.
4. Alert21 Brand Assets
"Alert21", the Alert21 icon and wordmark, and the tagline "EVERY ALERT. ONE API." are brand assets used by Scriza Private Limited. Do not describe a mark as a registered trademark unless the relevant registration has been confirmed.
5. Copyright or Trademark Concerns
To report a copyright, trademark or brand-use concern, contact info@scriza.in and include the work or mark involved, the URL or location, your contact information and evidence of your rights or authorization.
